Victoria Musicplay K-3 Workshop

At this workshop you will receive a 200+ page Musicplay teacher’s guide with 4-6 CDs for one grade that includes year plans, lesson plans, songs and game directions for teaching elementary classroom music. This workshop will take you through the teaching process and the creative process in a participatory, hands on, activity filled  day.  You’ll learn songs and games, how to teach beat/rhythm/melodic/expressive concepts, create rhythm and melody compositions, read through choral music for primary choirs, participate in listeing activities.   You will see how PowerPoints can be used to teach music on a Smartboard or with a computer/projector.
